We’ve found that Pickleball, as fast as it’s growing, can be hard to find in Toronto. It’s exploded onto the scene in Florida and other perennially warm US states but in Canada we are restricted by our seasonal nature. We wanted to put together a list of places you can find to play, some private clubs as well as public facilities that offer court time, drop in games, and some tournaments! Please reach out to us if we missed anyone or if you know of somewhere new opening up! For all your pickleball gear you can visit us in store or shop on the website and if you have questions on products or need guidance selecting a paddle don’t hesitate to give us a call (416-932-2396) or email us here: experts@merchantoftennis.com

Mayfair clubs: West, Lakeshore, and Parkway all offer pickleball at their facilities. Mayfair are private clubs that require membership. Drop-ins, private court bookings, and tournaments offered. These clubs also have tennis programs and great coaches!

Progress Pickleball: Perhaps the only dedicated pickleball club in the GTA (located close to Scarborough Community Centre), Progress is open all year round with a great indoor badminton / pickleball facility. Membership is not required though it’s only $35 a month for unlimited pickleball, otherwise it’s a $3 drop in fee plus a $2 guest fee, very reasonable. More info can be found here: http://www.progresspickleball.com/about-us.html

City of Toronto Community Centres: Almost every community centre in the city offers drop in hours for family / all ages / senior pickleball programs! See the list and times available in the link provided.
